We asked the Sheriff’s Office for any information they could provide us in this case, since most death investigations have basic information that they give in press releases and public announcements.

We asked for the following information:

Regarding the body that was discovered on July 1 or 2, 2023 in the Grass Creek area.

– Any documentation that can be released to the public regarding this incident.

– Any press releases, or documents containing any details on the following:

  1. Determination of death of the victim whether it was homicide, suicide, or accidental
  2. Estimated age of the victim
  3. Gender of the victim
  4. Where the victim was from
  5. Estimated date of when the victim expired/died
  6. Description of what the victim was wearing, when discovered

The email response was :

The Sheriff’s Office said that no such release was compiled or presented to the public. The case is under active investigation and, “there was a complete lack of any determination as to the answers to your inquiries 1-5, and only limited information as to number 6, but not subject to release to the public. Our civil counsel has previously advised that release of such reports at this stage (pending investigation) could jeopardize successful conclusion of any ongoing investigation as well as prosecution of any possible related charges, thereby interfering with enforcement proceedings. In that regard, please see Idaho Code Section 74-124(1)(a).”

Fishing for Information

Shortly after we received the email notification, we received a call from Detective Caleb Watts, of the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office. However, Watts was not calling to provide information, he was calling to ask who provided us with information. Watts’ demeanor  was very concerned as to how we obtained details about this case. Watts, on several occasions asked who we got our information from. I was not able to give him the names, because I gave an oath to not disclose who the sources were.

Watts said that they had zero information regarding any of the details we asked for, except that the person is unidentified. I expressed that the interest in this case is very high, since our article, and people expect them (The Sheriff’s Department) to be working rigorously to solve this case. Watts said they are, indeed.

Watts did say that he does not believe that the couple we mentioned in the original article were involved.

Well, I have some questions for the Sheriff’s Department:

  • How is it that you have zero basic information about this person?
  • Since you have zero information about this person, how do you know who was or was not involved?
  • Does the Sheriff’s Department have any relevant information about the victim, after more than 2-weeks of discovering the body?
  • Why the total blackout of information, when there should have been a press release?

Often times, the department investigating a case will release basic information, in hopes that someone out there will be able to use that information and contact the department with more data based on what the press release says. That is certainly not the case here.

Many of you recall the college students that were murdered in their home, in Moscow. The police did a fine job in releasing basic information about that case. That is not what our department has done, with the case we are writing about.

We plan on going up to review the sites mentioned in this article. As soon as we get more information, we will post it.

A local rancher discovered a body in the Grass Creek Road area.

On July 2nd, a local rancher was tending his cattle up in the mountains of the Grass Creek Road area. The rancher notified Border Patrol and the Boundary County Sheriff of the partially skeletonized remains. Officials from both agencies soon arrived on scene to investigate the remains. The remains have been submitted for DNA identification.

A backpack was initially discovered on the side of the road. The backpack was open. Laying next to the backpack, was a tattered, weathered book titled “The Hobbit”. The rancher, believed this find to be strange, and as he walked up the road a little further, he discovered what appeared to be a pile of clothes. Upon further inspection, he realized the clothes contained human remains. The remains were badly decomposed, and mostly skeletonized. The victim appeared to be dressed for winter.

 

There is a series of events that could be related to the victim that was discovered. If  the events are related, the following story may hold the secrets in this discovery. If the events are not related, the following story is puzzling.

The following story may or may not be related to the remains that were found. We do not intend to point fingers to who was involved. This story shows some interesting coincidences surrounding the case.

In October of 2022, a Florida couple (Carl late-30s and Steph 31) was building a cabin near Smith Creek. During the construction, the Forest Service discovered the cabin was being built on Forest Service land, and demanded a halt to the construction, and for the couple to clean up the site, and leave. Earlier in the season, the couple was discovered, at a previous/different camp. Back then, the Forest Service agent had told them to clean up the site, and leave. This time, they were building a second cabin on a second camp site. Again, the Forest Service agent demanded the couple halt construction and clean up the site. The snow had began to fall, which made it impossible for the couple to remain. The construction site was abandoned, and the couple somehow made their way back to Florida without their vehicles.

In the spring, when the snow was melting (there was still much snow), one of the residents that lives near the cabin/camp site went up to find the cabin was collapsed from the weight of the snow, along with an abandoned vehicle. Baby bottles, baby food, dog food and cat food were discovered inside the abandoned tent. The resident also found a second abandoned vehicle on the road not too far from the cabin site. The vehicles were found to have liens and were abandoned by the owners, who happened to be the couple from Florida.

According to the resident, the camp site appeared to have been “hastily” abandoned, or that the couple planned to return to the tent. The tent was still erected and their personal property was still in the tent.

The resident contacted Steph through social media. Steph said  “We abandoned that project” and “You can have the vehicles and anything else you find at the camp site”. Steph gave Carl’s new contact information to the resident. Carl and Steph sent the resident the keys to one of the vehicles. The second vehicle still had the keys in the ignition. The couple told the resident that he could have both vehicles. The vehicles were found to have liens on them.  One detail to note, is that both Steph and Carl’s cell phones were no longer in service. The resident had to track down and contact Steph on social media, and she provided Carl’s new phone information.

According to the Steph, “The couple divorced after abandoning the cabin construction, tent and vehicles”. Steph also told the resident that she and Carl felt like the world was coming to an end, and they wanted to find the most remote place that they could. Far-North Idaho was where they decided to go. They built the camp up in the mountains, and then the snows came. They realized then that they could not survive in the place they camped, and both vehicles got stuck in the snow. They got stuck on the side of the road in the snow, and slept for three nights inside the vehicle. A trapper wondered by, discovered them inside the vehicle, and took them down the mountain in his ATV/side-by-side. It is believed, that the couple had a third vehicle, and this is how they fled the area.

The resident asked Steph about the baby bottles, and various other children’s items he found in the vehicle. Steph denied that they had a child with them.

Some key questions and observations would be:

  1. Why did couple abandon their vehicles and personal property?
  2. The proximity to the body that was found, and the timelines of events is very suspicious.
  3. There were baby bottles and other baby items found in their tent. Yet, Steph denies that there was a baby in their custody.
  4. The GMC had the license plate from the Kia Sol, and not proper plates for the GMC.

The Liars and Filth – Proofs that reveal who the liars and who the truth tellers are, regarding the assault that took place on March 6th, 2023

Introduction

Recently, the Bonners Ferry Herald and 9b News (again) wrote articles about me, and an assault against me that took place at Mugsy’s on March 6th, 2023. The writers of these articles, as usual, fail to provide key facts, and their articles are nothing more than propaganda hit-pieces. These two “news outlets” are not news outlets at all. They are weaponized propaganda machines run by individuals who distort truth for their own benefit.

In this article, I will lay out the real facts of the assault, and show you the corruption surrounding this case. This is just the tip of the iceberg regarding corruption in Boundary County.

The Assault

In a nutshell, Danielle Ahrens attacked me during a Boundary County Republican Central Committee meeting. This assault was recorded by 4 cameras, and several witnesses gave sworn statements to the police regarding what they saw.

Case Moved to Bonner County

The case was moved to Bonner County, because Ahren’s son-in-law is a Bonners Ferry Police Officer, and her daughter is the assistant to the Boundary County Prosecutor. The Boundary County Prosecutor, Andrakay Pluid failed to notify me that the case had been moved. I only found out from the Records Department of the Boundary County Sheriff’s office, while filing a public records request. Over the years, I have heard that if you need a case to be moved, you should insist it be moved to Kootenai County, and never to Bonner County, due to the corrupt “Old Boy Network”. I found out the hard way, just how true this statement is.

Bonner County Investigator Christian Frye was the investigator assigned to this case. I met with him on April 11th, 2023. During this meeting, I provided a mountain of audio and video evidence to the investigator. Additionally, I verbally verified with the investigator that he had the cell phone video evidence from Adrienne Norris. Fry confirmed he did indeed have this video evidence. Evidence, Admission of Crimes and the Coverup

Ahrens, her son-in-law (Sgt Willie Cowell), her daughter (Amanda Cristler), Boundary County Prosecutor Andrakay Pluid, Bonner County Prosecutor Louis Marshall, Bonners Ferry Police Chief Brian Zimmerman, Conspiracy and Corruption

Ahrens, on several occasions boastfully testifies that she:

  • Received information about me, from her son-in-law, Willie Cowell, who is a Bonners Ferry police officer. Ahrens told Idaho Republican Chair Dorothy Moon, and me that her son-in-law has investigated me, and Ahrens received that information from him. It is important to note that there are several serious, illegal actions involved with this.
    1. Police officers are forbidden from investigating people without probable cause. It is also illegal to use official police tools and background check databases for personal reasons.
    2. It is illegal for police officers to give access to this information to family members, or anyone not involved with a case in an official capacity.
    3. It is illegal for persons to receive a person’s private information that has been illegally obtained.
    4. NOTE: You can see her testify that she has received leaked information from her son-in-law, who has been illegally investigating me.

I contacted the Bonners Ferry Chief of Police, Brian Zimmerman about someone in his department illegally using police tools, and leaking private information to Ahrens. Zimmerman was rude, combative, and refused to review any evidence on this topic. Here is the audio of Zimmerman’s childish, corrupt response. Ahrens makes comments about not being prosecuted, as if she already knew that the Bonner County Prosecutor would refuse to prosecute her. Ahrens also testified that she received evidence from the Boundary County Prosecutor. It is important to note that this was during the time that all evidence was to NOT be released on this case. There are other videos in evidence that show Ahrens stealing my things, breaking my eyeglasses, and assaulting me. I will not be adding those, for the sake of time. That evidence is readily available, and I will be glad to provide it, as needed. I may update this article with the other evidence.

Chain of Evidence

We opened several public records requests, in order to create proof that the Bonner County Prosecutor received all of the evidence in this case. We needed to prove the prosecutor had all of the evidence including all video, audio, and witness statements. See below for more information on this.

Bonner County Prosecutor Refuses to Prosecute

After three months of silence on this case, Louis Marshall’s office (the Bonner County Prosecutor) sent a letter to the Boundary County Prosecutor. In this letter, the prosecutor only talks about supplemental evidence that was submitted. It never mentions the cell phone video footage that clearly shows Ahrens attacking me. This letter also ignores the witness statements. The prosecutor literally cherry-picked portions of available evidence, while ignoring the key pieces, in order to create a narrative where they claim there is no proof that Ahrens assaulted me. This proves that Louis Marshall is corrupt. Bonner County Prosecutor Stonewalls and Breaks Idaho Law

I have sent several public records requests to Louis Marshall via email, asking for a list of evidence his office has received from the Boundary County Prosecutor. Our first request was sent on June 16th; we have sent several other requests, and Louis Marshall has never responded. By law, Louis Marshall is required to respond within three days of the initial request. This is July 9th, and Marshall still has not responded. It is important to note that I have left 5 voicemails, and Louis Marshall’s office has never called me back. Every time I call, they say he is busy.

Additional Notes on Witness Statements

As you can find in the police report, there are several witness statements. Two key witness statements are Danielle Ahrens and Caleb Davis. They both make claims that I have threatened them, and others, and that I am violent. None of these accusations are true. I challenge anyone in Boundary County to show me doing any of these actions. These people are perpetual liars, and will say anything as long as they believe it will benefit them. Ahrens also claims that I tried to intimidate the Committee, and spit on them. The video of this meeting shows that I was NOT out of line, out of order, intimidated anyone, or spit on anyone. Sheriff Dave Kramer was also present at this meeting. The last I recall, it is a crime to lie to police. Since Davis and Ahrens lied to police, why have they not been charged?

If you look at Ahrens’ witness statement, she mentions that “they” made sure there was a police presence, because they “had a feeling” something was going to happen. This means they planned for something to happen, and that they were the instigators. Additionally, this witness statement shows the lies being told by Davis and Ahrens. He did not mention me being on the committee, or mention that I told him Eric Olson threatened me with bodily harm during the executive session.)

Lastly, I have collected the BCRCC meeting minutes from May 2022 – February 2023. These meeting minutes prove that I have never been aggressive, had outbursts, or been out of order. Caleb Davis, Danielle Ahrens, and their cronies on the BCRCC have been lying to the police, and everyone else about me. The video evidence is compelling, and the meeting minutes show I have done nothing but try to get the BCRCC to do its job.

Summary

Anyone who is not insane can clearly see that Ahrens assaulted me, and that I was not the aggressor.

The local “news” outlets have been working together with the “Old Boy Network” in this community, in an effort to destroy and silence those who they see unfit to be part of their corrupt system of cronyism.

Their articles about me have been an effort to discredit me, while propping up the corrupt in this county. Boundary.News will continue to expose the corruption in this community, tell the truth, and provide evidence of those truths.

The “Old Boy Network” is alive and well in North Idaho. Corruption will continue to thrive, unless the people rally together, and actually do something about it. We must purge the corrupt from this place. There is a war brewing between good and evil; which side are you going to be on?

The U.S. Attorney, DOJ & FBI hosted an event in CDA (11/17/22) with the Human Rights Task Force… I want to know if they told the HRTF to either stop or continue creating a “Hate List”????

Did we not learn from Nazi era about how neighbors did this to the Jews which ended in the death of millions. Are we repeating history?

This posting is a plea for people to increase their awareness of child trafficking and what is actually happening around the globe including, most definitely, in the United States.  In fact, the U.S. is unfortunately the number one market for the sick activities and content that drive this ugly machine.  Read that again.  How distressing and shameful this is in the country that was founded on human freedom and Christian principles and is supposed to represent the “shining city on a hill”.

An extraordinary movie that was actually finished almost five years ago is finally receiving a theatrical release at a most appropriate and significant time – the week of July 4th, America’s Independence Day celebration.  The history of the movie and the struggle to get it released it is a story in itself.  There are extremely powerful people in our society that have done everything they can to ensure this movie would never see the light of day in any way, let alone a wide theatrical release.  I submit that one of the most meaningful things you could do this Independence Day is make the time and effort to see this movie.

The movie is a true story based on the work of Tim Ballard, a former U.S. government special agent with the Dept. of Homeland Security, and the organization he founded, Operation Underground Railroad.  The group’s website states that they “exist to rescue children from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation around the globe”.  Jim Caviezel plays the part of Tim Ballard in the movie.

There is a strong and understandable tendency among the general populace to turn away and choose to close their eyes to this issue.  A sick feeling in one’s soul and psyche materializes once one begins to understand that this is not a conspiracy theory or the rantings of a lunatic fringe, but an actual reality.  It’s extremely disturbing and traumatizing.  I understand that because, for a long time (too long), that was my reaction.  The subject matter is truly reprehensible and evil and no one really wants to know that this is in fact happening, and also the scale of the problem.  But denial serves no one except the evil people that wallow in this filth and/or make unbelievable sums of money perpetuating it, while causing unspeakable trauma to the future of humanity, our precious children.

I was blessed with two beautiful children (both boys) and they both died, seven years apart, from the same rare blood cancer.  The oldest was fifteen when he died in 2008 and the youngest was nineteen when he died in 2015.  I believe there is no more profound and unfathomable pain than the death of a child.  Perhaps that is one of the reasons I feel the trauma of this issue so acutely.  The circumstances are different but the pain is universal.  My children were truly my life, and I think this resonates with many people.

After the death of my children, I now realize that I kind of withdrew from society and found it increasingly difficult to “put myself out there” in any kind of public way.  Until now.

I got personal here to explain why, as silly as it may sound to some, posting this is really a challenge for me.  There is a line in the movie trailer that struck me like a thunderbolt and seared my soul.  The line is “when God tells you what to do, you cannot hesitate”.  God is not letting my conscience walk away from that statement, despite my natural reticence.

Because this isn’t about me.  It’s not about my children.  It’s about all the children.  My children are now beyond needing my protection on this earth.  Nor will I ever have the blessing of grandchildren.  But I truly care about other people’s children and grandchildren, and what is happening breaks my heart.

This issue transcends religion, politics, race, social standing, life circumstances ….. choose your division point(s).  Unfortunately, there are many.  But I have to believe that most people of conscience can unite on this issue.  We MUST.  This is a moral issue of essential human decency.  It trumps all of the others.  Children are intrinsically and uniquely innocent and vulnerable.  They have no choice but to rely on adults to protect them.  There is no greater calling, responsibility, or purpose.

We MUST do whatever we individually can to spread awareness of this issue and fight the evil powers that are perpetuating this despicable depravity.  In the spirit of that, I humbly urge you to get out of your comfort zone.  Educate yourself.  The information is out there if you doggedly search and don’t let “fact checkers”, censorship, or the compromised and captured legacy media dissuade you.  Talk to people in your sphere of influence.  Find it in yourself to be bold, stand up, and speak out.  Do not let fear or anything else cancel you or shut you down.

Truth often has a way of speaking to people’s souls despite all efforts to silence it.  That is true in this instance or this movie never would have seen the light of day.  The evil darkness that encapsulates this entire issue is hoping and counting on the fact that not enough people will care and persevere to discover the truth for themselves and help shed light into the darkness.

Most people have heard the quote that “all it takes for evil to flourish is for good people to do nothing”.  God is calling you, too.  There’s a reason he lead you to this article/post.  Will you turn your head and look away because the topic is unspeakable, and excruciating, and uncomfortable, and scary, and difficult?  Or will you answer?

A Kootenai County Watchdog requested public records from Lake Pend Oreille School District on June 8, 2023. The Boundary County Human Rights Task Force (HRTF) is the focus of this Watchdog’s public records request. I have highlighted my concerns in a bullet point document, but first here are some of my thoughts:

    • Is the HRTF organization a 501C? Due to their own actions some community members consider the organization to be Progressive, Political, and even Hateful.

Are they:

      • 501C 3 (school, education, church, science)
      • 501C 4 (political, lobbyist, etc.)
      • Other or nothing
    • Regarding our Idaho school system:

Idaho Statute 33-1603. SECTARIAN INSTRUCTION FORBIDDEN. No sectarian or denominational doctrine shall be taught in the public schools, nor shall any books, tracts, papers or documents of sectarian or denominational character be used therein.

According to Cambridge Dictionary: SECTARIAN is a person who very strongly supports the religious or political group that they are a member of, in a way that may cause problems with people from other groups.

    • In my opinion, if the HRTF wants to make a difference with our school district they should give “suggestions only”, but according to the public records below it seems they are asserting their curriculum ideals in an excessive way throughout the year. If they want to make excessive suggestions:
      • They should apply to sit on the Curriculum Policy Committee per the Idaho Statutes.
      • Another option would be to encourage a student to lead an afterschool program.

I get community members can and should offer ideals to our schools,

but when is the line drawn as being too excessive?

Idaho Statute 33-512A.  DISTRICT CURRICULAR MATERIALS ADOPTION COMMITTEES. The board of trustees of each school district shall appoint a curricular materials adoption committee to advise the board on selection of curricular materials, as defined in section 33-118A, Idaho Code, for use within the schools of the district. Such a committee shall contain a membership at least one-half (1/2) of which is persons who are not public educators or school trustees and shall include parents of a child or children attending a school or schools within the school district. All meetings of the committee shall be open to the public and any member of the public may attend such a meeting and file written or make oral objections to any curricular materials under consideration. Each school district shall have on hand and available to the public the titles, authors and publishers of all curricular materials being used in the district. The public has the right to inspect the instructional materials, except students’ tests, used in the district’s schools.

    • Per the Boundary County HRTF membership form:
  • We support the dignity and worth of the human being and are committed to the pursuit of the ideals of justice and equality for all persons. We pledge to work for the elimination of bigotry and acts which stem from bigotry. It is our belief that to say “yes” to human rights is the best way to say “no” to prejudice and bigotry.
  • We reject the doctrine of white supremacy or any other doctrine that advocates the superiority of one group over another.
  • BCHRTF assists individuals, groups and the community in establishing effective peaceful means to eliminate acts of harassment and violence.
  • Educate ourselves and others to develop strategies to challenge bigotry and to honor diversity in our region, our nation, and the world.
  • Monitor acts of malicious harassment as a way of determining the dimensions of the problem and the threat of harssment and violence based on race, color, ethnicity, gender, religion, creed, sexual orientation or disability.
  • Monitor the activities of groups that advocate racial supremacy or which harass persons because of their race, color, ethnicity, gender, religion, creed, sexual orientation, or disability.

By assuming membership in the Boundary County Human Rights Task Force, I am saying:

  • I believe in the inviolable dignity of each human being.
  • I oppose discrimination, segregation, intimidation, harassment, physical harm, or the denial of equal protection in any form based on race, color, gender, religion, sexual orientation or disability.
  • I recognize that it is the racial, social, and cultural diversity of our people that makes Boundary County a rich and worthwhile place to live.
  • I support the Boundary County Human Rights Task Force in its promotion of human rights in order to eventually eliminate prejudice.
  • Any breach of confidentiality or failure to uphold the principles and purpose of this organization may be grounds for removal from participating in meetings and from its membership.
    • According to the Boundary HRTF (and most of other state-wide HRTF’s websites) they support the United Nation’s Declaration. Below are some highlighted points:

Universal Declaration of Human Rights G.A. res. 217A (III) U.N. A/810 at 71 (1948)

        • Article 2- Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
        • Article 12- No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attack upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
        • Article 18- Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
    • HRTF has created a Hate Report and a Power Point Presentation that is basically a LIST of who in the community they consider to be White Nationalist. They assert themselves as an “authority” to educate others who in the community they consider to be extremist.
    • I couldn’t find on the Idaho’s U.S. Attorney website the definition of a Hate Crime/Incident, but according to the U.S. Office of Attorney General in D.C.:

 

Hate generally starts with bias that is left unchecked. Bias is a preference either for or against an individual or group that affects someone’s ability to judge fairly. When that bias is left unchecked, it becomes normalized or accepted, and may even escalate into violence. When hate manifests against a person or group of people, it usually derives from ignorance, anger, fear, a sense of injury, or a perceived threat to the status quo.

    • Some of the HRTF members have used the terms: “Taliban, Anti-School, Anti-Library, Domestic Terrorist, Militant Christian Fundamentalist, Extremist, Christian Nationalist, White Nationalist” and so forth.
    • Have the Boundary HRTF and others created an illusion that extremists are in our county and affecting our county to a level that we need the local law enforcement to intervene at an emergency level? I would like to see our local law enforcement’s statistics on Hate Crimes within the county over the last ten years to assure me whether or not we are truly in a state of concern or emergency. It seems there is an attempt to create fear and bring out Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) relapse(s) from longtime residents who remember the Aryan Nations. I can say that does seem like the “theme” from CNN’s video dated September 2, 2022 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDWaa3NshyM). The CNN video was full of disinformation and fear mongering.
    • Is the Boundary HRTF a Hate Group that hides behind “Love, CommUNITY, Anti-Bully, Anti-Discrimination, etc.”? They seem to be picking and choosing when these terms apply and who should be labeled. Just because someone’s political or religious beliefs are the opposites of yours that doesn’t mean you should put them on an “EXTREMIST LIST”. It just means that you probably don’t agree with their views or how they want to affect a community… Welcome to America! Everyone is entitled to their own opinions according to the Constitution. Until a person acts in a criminal way against someone IT IS INAPPROPIATE and OFFENSIVE TO CREATE A HATE LIST OF PEOPLE YOU DON’T AGREE WITH. It doesn’t align with the HRTF’s theme of Love, Anti-Bully, Anti-Discrimination, etc… Also, what about being a CommUNITY? Or are we picking and choosing who is allowed to be a part of this beautiful community?
    • History has proven that when people start displaying discrimination, crime and even murder may follow. I am concerned that Hate Crimes will be on the rise. Not because of a Christian who doesn’t want sin pushed in his face or a Conservative who wants to run for office. I believe Hate Crimes will be on the rise because some community members are having a hard time ignoring other people’s way of life. Also, we should also be aware that our adult conversations may affect our youth’s behavior. We have had some high school kids stealing and running over political signs.
    • As people move into a new area there will be “Cultural Blending” and the locals need to learn to adjust. The Great Migration has been happening for thousands of years and blending of cultures is part of the transition. In addition, many people who are moving to the area are political, medical, and religious refugees. They want to be a part of their new community and that includes politics. They want to make a difference and that difference might be a different way than what Old Families and their social group believe… and that is okay! There must be a thread of compassion and understanding for any community to successfully have a mixture of cultural beliefs. Yes, some beliefs are more extreme either to the left or right side! But we must respect each other unless a crime is committed.
    • My concern is that a group of citizens have asserted themselves as trained and educated experts on how to identify extremism. Yet according to their own membership form there is no training, certificates or degrees required to join. What is to say that the other side doesn’t consider the HRTF to be extremist?… Where does this stop, and which side of the spectrum gets to have the authority? I don’t believe either side should. We should all be watching this. If you hear anyone name calling, please stop them immediately or walk away. Don’t give them attention or encourage their bad behavior.

Public Records Request September 1, 2022 – November 2, 2022

  • (Email cc shows Jessica Hanna using her government school email) Is it appropriate to receive personal emails on your government email account, server, or equipment? I understand discussions regarding school, but non-school related subject matters should be questioned. I also understand that you can’t control what others send you, but when it is an ongoing basis, should there be a conversation with the sender or should the employee “block/spam” future emails? I personally was told by Jan Bayer (Boundary County School Superintendent) last year to limit my emails to her to only what is related to school business or concerns. The emails sent to school employer Jessica Hanna were not only in excessive amounts, but also obvious that most of them had to do with her position at the Secretary of the Boundary County Human Rights Task Force. We are talking about club agendas, minutes, planning for events, internal conversations about other club members, etc…
  • (Page 8) HRTF agenda #4 report on meeting with school staff.
  • (Page 8) HRTF agenda #11 meeting with CNN (the Library Director, Library Board, HRTF and other key players worked with CNN to paint a picture of extremism in Boundary County. They added Aryan Nations and Ruby Ridge. The Library Board Recall was an election process making the issue political)
  • (Page 9) Boundary County HRTF Chair Barbara (Barb) Russell asked Timothy Braatz to condense his HRTF article comparing the library recall leaders to Taliban so that they can add it to one of their columns. (Possibly Bonners Ferry Herald).
  • (Page 53 & 55) Mention of updating the power point (PP) significantly (possible PP on who the HRTF consider to be White Nationalist in North Idaho). Also mentions direct ties of Herndon to Redoubt and Fioravanti to Redoubt and JBS. They added this information to the slides. The HRTF mentioned Pastor Henry Yoder and the Ministerial Association. I called Henry. He states he did not attend this meeting and it must be a mention on a previous conversation back in 2020. He states that Lutheran Church’s Pastor Andy (Andrew Hinderlie) tried to claim he believed the HRTF and Ministerial Association should work together. Henry advised him he didn’t believe this to be true and couldn’t speak for all Boundary County churches.
  • (Page 58) Meet with (school) staff on MLK/Bullying. Meet with HS (high school) staff to discuss essay and art contest. Request “Not in our school (part of Not In Our Town program). The HRTF asked school staff if they could help. HRTF met with Andrea Fuentes (Curriculum Coordinator) and Jan Bayer (Superintendent).
  • (Page 59) Meet with CNN to show power point of “North Idaho White Nationalist”. Told CNN how many Redoubt members are in the area. Described the Lordship Church and Pastor Warren Campbell. CNN wanted a copy of Warren speaking at the 2020 city council meeting about changing the vision statement (the new city vision statement to include “We are an inclusive city that welcomes all people, regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity and encourages their participation in city government and city programs. Warren, JBS and others wanted sexual orientation/gender identity to be removed while HRTF and others wanted it to stay).
  • (Page 59) Working with school on Idaho Forgotten War curriculum, plus resources for schools, Color of Conscience and Holocaust programs.
  • (Page 62) HRTF members are emailing each other making fun of people like Scott Herndon and Heather Scott.
  • (Page 97) Discussing Important legislative info that voters need to be aware of when going to the polls.
  • (Page 99) HRTF had two meetings with Sheriff Kramer. He watched their power point on who is White Nationalist in North Idaho. Kramer commented on how well the PP was done and did not rebut any of the information presented. Also shared the PP with Bonner HRTF (eventually this PP was passed around many times throughout the region).
  • (Page 99) HRTF is working with schools to have the tribe go into individual classrooms and speak with students.
  • (Page 99) Library Board
  • (Page 100) Assist teachers in teaching digital citizenship and educating parents in how to talk with kids about what they are seeing online.

 

Public Records Request November 2, 2022 – May 7, 2023

  • (Page 4 & 5) Idaho U.S. Attorney Josh Hurwit, Dept. of Justice, CDA Tribe, Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations, Community Services, F.B.I. hosted “United Against Hate Engage With Federal, Tribal And Other Local Officials To Combat Hate” event located on CDA Tribe’s event center in Worley, ID.
  • (Page 6) HRTF complained in their meeting that they believe Mt. Hall violates their tax-exempt status. They believe the church should give up their tax exemption status if they want to preach religion and politics. They then sent a PRE-filled out IRS Complaint Form and asked their members to submit one.  (Note: 1)HRTF and the Lutheran Pastor Andy (Andrew Hinderlie) have their meetings in a church 2) Mike Weland with 9B News wrote an article stating he did submit an IRS Complaint Form but was advised that President Trump signed an Executive Order during his time in office that would not allow the IRS to act on complaints. There has been talk on this subject and many believe that due to the 1st Amendment there is no legal ground. To this day no one in history has won in court)
  • (Page 13) HRTF sent their members a copy of the 2021 Spokane Task Force Report (published August 1, 2022). In the introduction it states, “we want all people to feel welcome, safe and valued”. Their three top priorities are:
    • Support victimized by prejudice and bigotry (Bigotry definition: stubborn and complete intolerance of any creed, belief, or opinion that differs from one’s own).
    • Positive human relations
    • Monitor and document hate activity, crimes, and incidents.
  • (Page 27) Boundary HRTF showed the power point that shows who they believe are White Nationalist in North Idaho again. The group decided to not share to the public due to safety and avoiding disrupters…
  • (Page 27) Karen doesn’t like Bobby Read who frequently rants on Facebook (complaining about someone’s 1st Amendment)
  • (Page 27 & 28) HRTF meets with Bonners Ferry Chief of Police Zimmerman. He was open to views about changes in the community. He mentions school violence and bullies. He also discussed polygamy. He tells the HRTF he doesn’t care if Len Pine uses his position at the Boundary Chaplin Corp as a Christian ministry.  The HRTF wants to follow up regarding this “issue”.
  • (Page 28) HRTF met with Middle School Principal Mark Fisk.
  • (Page 28) Kootenai HRTF mentioned Liberty Pastors met at the CDA Inn. They also tried to legally stop Candlelight Church from hosting a poll station for voters.

“Old Boy Network” of Boundary County Egocentric Megalomaniacs?

Have you ever noticed that the same locals are on a lot of the boards and committees in this county? And they’re not content to just sit on one board. Not only do I find this quite close-minded, but it also seems rather incestuous (incestuous: ‘involving only a close or limited group of people who do not communicate or do business with people outside the group; characterized by a relationship of interrelation, often one regarded as unproductive’).

The former library director was (and may still be) on the KVRI board, as is a county commissioner; the chairman of the RCC is also the chairman of Planning and Zoning; a member of the RCC has announced his intention to run as a commissioner when the incumbent doesn’t run again next year; and yet another member of the RCC appears to be on 3 or 4 other boards / committees. I know of one person who holds a seat on one of the fire boards who’s also on one of the water boards. And on, and on, and on. And I won’t name names, but several of these folks (library board, city council, etc.) should have chosen not to run again a long time ago as they are well past the point of being effective. Kind of makes you think of Senator Dianne Feinstein (among others), doesn’t it?

I’d like to give these folks the benefit of the doubt and assume they just want to make a difference in the community. But I’ve attended these meetings and I’ve seen these folks in action. Instead of seeming civic-minded, they come across as petty and vindictive bullies, determined to maintain control, not accept any new ideas, not think outside the box, but simply keep the status quo and exclude anyone else. But at what cost? This is to the detriment of our community.

I grew up in a large city, and I spent my career in another large city. I have to say that I felt much more welcomed in those places than I have in this community. The locals here have divided this community with their lies and their ‘us vs. them’ mentality. They seem so fearful of newcomers, ‘outsiders’ who’ve been here less than a lifetime, that if anyone else tries to get elected to anything, they close ranks, get defensive, and outright lie about their opponent– to win at whatever cost! I can’t imagine wanting something badly enough to blatantly lie. But then that’s a tactic regularly used by those who feel threatened.

What are they so afraid of; Losing power?

Previously, a contributor wrote an article regarding the use of county, state, and national government insignia, seals, and logos.

The Boundary County Commissioners complained about the use of the County Seal by the public. Boundary.News showed the laws and demonstrated use and availability of county, state (including Idaho), and national seals.

The Boundary County Commissioners had an opportunity to make the County Seal available to the public, instead of trying to be self-proclaimed “gate keepers”. I guess this gives them some false sense of power and makes them feel more important than they really are.

Inside the Commissioners’ office, there are two County seals. One sits above the Commissioner seats, on the wall. This one is attached to a piece of wood, and looks nice. This version of the seal looks professional, from a distance.

The second seal is mounted just in front of the general public seats, and is incapsulated in-between two pieces of plexi-glass. The plexi-glass appears to be damaged.

There is also a photo of “the seal mounted to to a street lamp post” on the wall just outside the Commissioners’ office.

 

Recently, someone contributed some decent quality versions of the Boundary County Seal to Boundary.News. Although these images are not ultra-high quality vectors, they are better than what the county offers to the taxpayers who own this seal. We still encourage the County Commissioners to release a usable version of the Boundary County Seal to the public, just like the State of Idaho and many other counties and towns do. The “overlord” mentality of these people needs to stop.

Here are the two versions that were given to us. Feel free to use these in an unofficial capacity. Please do not attempt to use them illegally.

Again, we encourage the County Commissioners to release the seal to the taxpayers, just like the State of Idaho has done with its seal.

Chevrolet, Toyota, the “Human Rights Taskforce” and Boundary County

Chevrolet or Toyota?

As a student of a very different era, one of the things taught throughout my 12 year education and beyond was critical thinking. Using deductive reasoning and weighing all the variables, we were taught how to come up with results and then formed and tested a conclusion. Sure, we had our biases and wanted to ‘weight the scales of determination’ in a desired result, but that was not true critical thinking according to basic logic and the scientific method.

So to make a choice for purchasing and automobile, Martin (nice pretend name) could make a list of what is important to Martin when buying a car. So, the criteria might be price, colors, mpg, repairs, and drivability plus others. After comparing the 2 cars, Martin comes to a decision.

So the same procedure is followed when it comes to any decisions we make. Where one lives, what one eats, who we like and who we associate with, one’s job choice etc.
One could say that what makes each and everyone of us unique IS our choice selections are different. How boring if we all liked the same thing! Enter Commies!

Should then Martin be told by a committee in the neighborhood that his white car does not demonstrate diversity? Does he have some hidden prejudice against brown colored cars? Is the neighborhood going to teach him to like brown, black or green cars? Re-education camp to be color-blind, should he be targeted on Facebook? After all, it’s a WHITE a, a, a, TOYOTA!! He’s just a white guy who likes white cars!!!! “I saw on Facebook that he goes to THAT church and the pastor wears white!!! OMG!

We have a Christian Right-wing, probably supremist living so close to us!!! I heard he supported gun rights and he does not want our children to have access to pornography books.”
Martin, now, is a perfect target for the Boundary County Human Rights Task Force. The all-inclusive group who supports ‘community’ values and just hates bullying! They embrace the diversity as long as that diversity meets their ‘strict’ definition. Oh, Martin! You have been targeted and named “the outsider.” Do the following and be accepted!

Four identified women, have put the Human Rights Task Force to work in Boundary County. George Soros-funded groups are all over including Boundary County!
So it’s goals are some the same goals put forth in 1963 (every 60 years we rediscover the Communists Goals as they are recycled like its something new and different).

I would like to just show here a few. The whole list of 45 is available online. Congressional Record, January 10, 1963 pp. A34-35.

11. Promote the UN as the only hope for mankind.
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violates civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. SOFTEN THE CURRICULUM. Get control of teachers’ associations. (Boundary County Human Rights Task Force)
18. Gain control of all student newspapers. (have you checked out Boise State Paper? your tax dollars directly fund this)
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions positions. (library board)
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press. (Oh my, give another point to the commies!)
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures radio and TV. (internet cesspools of today). The Boundary County Human Rights Task Force Ladies must be so very proud!!!
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy”. (jail time?)
27. Infiltrate churches and replace revealed religion with “social”religion. DISCREDIT THE BIBLE and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a religious crutch. Recently, the words “fundamentalists” and “taliban Christians” were cavalierly thrown around by people in office? REPEATEDLY?
Back when I read these in 1963 for the first time, I assumed these were ‘card carrying Communists). I am more sure of that fact now.
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, hindrance to cooperation between nations world-wide.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
The Boundary County Human Rights task Force ladies might have found yet another favorite communist goal in the next dictum.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture. (all Idaho’s department of….) Really? I can think of a lot of reasons to just get rid of the departments. Liberal states like California and Oregon have “departments” for every thing you do. Who’s bringing California to Idaho???? Idahoan communists that have infiltrated Boundary County. Even grown up here! Oh! Oh! Oh!
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business. Who is big business in Boundary County? Who’s wife?
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce. Well this IS alive and well in Boundary County, isn’t it. We have a swingers club now don’t we.

So we have not looked at all the Goals written in 1963. You can do that on your own. Plus a quick perusal of the ones written in W. Wilson’s time. History is a revolving door because we don’t teach it in schools as more than an annotation.

Repeat repeat repeat and thanks to the Boundary County Human Rights Task Force we can all look forward to “repeat” Goal: Commie Control and….. we all drive brown Chevys.

Diversity

Over the past year I’ve seen all these signs in people’s yards proclaiming diversity, inclusion, and “love” among other things. Much of this reminds me of ancient Rome. Rome had a very diverse culture in the terms of religion. They accepted all gods, except one, the Christian God. Even the Jews were accorded special privileges which exempted them from burning incense to the pagan gods and the emperor. Later on even the Jews were stripped of that privilege.

It seems that a new religion is sweeping America, which allows for all kinds of iniquity, deviant sexual behavior, drug use on a wide scale, murder of whole classes of citizens (Unborn Children) and birth control. If all of these are now acceptable, that means that those whose world view is the opposite of this, Christians, will be rejected, discriminated against, and even imprisoned. This where we are headed. This behavior is not diverse, it is exclusionary.

If you go to the entry points to most towns, you will find yourself standing before a sign with a freemason symbol on it. On the North Hill entrance, you will find a welcome sign. This sign has two Freemason insignia on the mount (Rotary International and Freemason). If you search the internet for this welcome sign, all but one will only show the welcome sign without the Freemason plaques attached to the mount. There was a third plaque that has been removed. The opposite side of the mount, there is a plaque that says “This project was provided by your Bonners Ferry Rotary Club”.

FREEMASONRY IS EVIL

Most adults in the US have heard of Freemasonry. However, most people do not understand just how evil this religion/organization truly is. There are hundreds of books, letters and memoirs written on this topic. Here, we will show just a few.

Freemasonry is a Luciferian organization that consists of secrecy, blood-oaths, oaths with the punishment of death, worship of men and worship of Lucifer. It also teaches Gnosticism, while hijacking the Hebrew “Tetragrammaton“, and claims that the Hebrew God (The Creator) is actually “Lucifer”. We could go on and on about how Freemasons use symbolism and attempt to corrupt the will of “The Most High Elohim”. Freemasonry’s goal has always been to infiltrate and control all elements of elect-groups, organizations, governments and businesses in an effort to guide humanity to their Luciferian plans of total domination, enslavement and coercion of humanity.

Unfortunately, many members of Freemasonry are unaware that they are actually part of a cabalistic Luciferian plan to enslave mankind. The rest, are so incredibly evil, they will stop at nothing to retain control and perpetuate the Luciferian Doctrine.

“Satan, Prince of This World” is a book written by William Guy Carr and published in 1959. Carr, was a Canadian naval officer that explored the concept of a global conspiracy orchestrated by an organized network of secret societies and powerful individuals. In the book, Carr’s research reveals that these secret societies, influenced by what he calls the “Luciferian ideology,” are working towards establishing a totalitarian world government under the control of Lucifer.

Letters on the Masonic Institution is a book written in 1875 by John Quincy Adams. Adams outlines how Freemasonry gets hold of individuals, and changes them. It also describes some of the death-oaths. His book can be found here: Letters on the Masonic Institution.

Another good source of information is a book called “The Character, Claims, and Practical Workings of Freemasonry. This source describes how Freemasons manipulate the public, and murder those who have taken the oaths, but may be suspected of revealing the secrets of the cabal. Albert Pike is the most well-known high-ranking Freemason that ever lived. Pike was a Luciferian, and is known for his writing called “Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry,” published in 1871. This book explores the symbolism, rituals, and philosophy of Freemasonry and is considered a significant text within the Masonic community. In this book, Pike (unintentionally) reveals just how evil Freemasonry is, and their plans for total control of humanity, to complete the goals of Lucifer. Prof. Robison had been approached by Weishaupt and his leading Illuminists and asked to assist them infiltrating Luciferian ideas, disguised as Illuminism and Progress, into educational institutions and the Lodges of Freemasonry in England and Scotland. He was asked to tour Europe, and, as a 32nd Mason of the Scottish Rite, he was introduced to leading Illuminists who had set up Grand Orient Lodges throughout Europe. John Robison suspected there was something behind Illuminism as it had been explained to him, but kept his suspicions to himself. He was entrusted with a copy of Weishaupt’s revised and modernized edition of the age-old conspiracy as compiled by Zwack, for his study and comments. When the French Revolution broke out in 1789 as part of the conspirator’s revolutionary programme, Professor Robison decided to publish the information he possessed in support of what the Bavarian government had exposed in 1786.”

What Does Have to do With Bonners Ferry?

The local Freemason group rarely hold meetings at the official lodge #43 in Bonners Ferry. The meetings are usually held at a private residence(s) in which we know the location(s). As of 2009, there were officially 49 members in Bonners Ferry. This number is reported as being doubled to tripled, as of 2023. Some of the local members are public about their membership. Others are too cowardly to openly admit their membership.

We have dozens of witnesses who have given testimony regarding the Freemason hold on this community, since its establishment in Bonners Ferry over 100 years ago. It turns out that Bonners Ferry has an extraordinarily high percentage of Freemasons, for such a small community. We have gathered information on dozens and dozens of Freemasons in this community. It turns out, that every political, and government organization in Boundary County is controlled by Freemasons and has been for a long time.

This partially explains why, when anyone dares to speak out about the wrongdoings committed by any of the local government organizations, the friends and families associated with this cabal go after them, like chickens go after a mouse in a chicken coop.

South Dakota Farmers Face Carbon-Capture Land Theft

Farmers in South Dakota are facing egregious intimidation tactics by a private company that wants to use eminent domain to confiscate valuable farmland for carbon-capture pipelines.

Summit Carbon Solutions requested a restraining order against Brown County farmer Jerad Bossly.

The company claims he threatened the lives of its representatives who showed up unannounced to survey his property, a farm that has been in his family for four generations.

He told The New American that when they arrived, he was about 12 miles away, working in a field. His wife was home, recovering from gallbladder surgery, and was taking a shower when the Summit surveyors knocked at her door. They entered the house, but finding no one there, they proceeded to an outbuilding where one of them walked in. In the tweet below you can see footage from one of Bossly’s security cameras, which captured all of this movement.

His wife called Jerad back later that day to say a detective had just left the farm. Summit had reported Bossly for threatening to kill the surveyors. They also charged him with contempt of court for interfering with their survey activities.

Bossly faced off in county court with the company on Wednesday.

The judge ruled in favor of the landowner, but he warned other farmers not to interfere with surveyors, threatening sanctions if they do. Another farmer who attended the hearing told The New American that the judge also refused to hear any evidence against Summit. That farmer complained that “they appear to get away with their lies.”

Bossly is one of more than 80 landowners in South Dakota facing eminent-domain lawsuits from Summit. In April, Fifth Circuit Judge Richard Sommers granted the company’s motion to conduct surveys of all land along their planned pipeline corridor — even private property. Taxpayers who originally declined to sign easement agreements are now forced to stand by as the company maps and drills on their land.

Another Brown County farmer, Freddie Robinson, spoke before last week’s county commission meeting about his safety concerns at the hands of Summit surveyors. Here is part of his testimony:

Why do they have armed people standing in the middle of the road with guns so people can’t go on their own property? I served 32 years in foreign countries so that would not happen in America. I understand that when a car comes down the road, this bunch of mafia, or whatever they are, with guns, unsnap their guns and put their hands on their guns. This is America! That crap should not be happening here. It’s almost like we’re turning into a Communist country.

Carbon capture is a process that traps carbon dioxide produced by ethanol plants and pipes it to remote locations for underground storage. Two companies are planning pipelines through South Dakota’s Corn Belt: Summit Carbon Solutions wants to build the Midwest Carbon Express and Navigator CO2 Ventures is proposing the Heartland Greenway.

These companies are for-profit enterprises that also stand to gain a federal tax credit of $50 per ton of CO2 sequestered. Navigator alone is looking at a $750 million tax credit for the 15 million tons of CO2 it plans to transport.

The federal government alleges that capturing this CO2 is necessary to stop catastrophic man-made climate change. Farmers such as Bossly and Robinson see through that smokescreen and call it what it is: one of the largest private land-grab schemes in American history.

Update: The New American received the following excerpted update from a landowner present at Wednesday’s hearing in Brown County. It sheds more light on that proceeding and on the forces arrayed against private property owners.

“The hearing was a “win” but it wasn’t. The judge said right off the bat that he wasn’t going to hold Jerad in contempt for his threat. So, the judge seemed to accept that it actually happened without seeing any evidence. The judge passed the buck and refused to let our attorney, Brian Jorde, present any evidence. His reasoning was that it didn’t matter because he still was going to rule the same way regardless.

But it does matter. The judge refused to get to the heart of the issue: the fact that Summit lied about the threat and that they committed breaking and entering. Summit and its surveyors are the ones who should be charged with crimes, but they got off. A double standard in my opinion.

The judge also warned all us landowners in the room not to impede his order to allow the surveys to continue, or there will be sanctions. Why are the landowners getting lectured, and not Summit? The judge refuses to deal with the heart of the issue and passed the buck to the S.D. Supreme Court. Now we landowners are left with having to deal with Summit, which is allowed to break laws without being held to account.”

The article also went on to say:

‘We applaud the past actions of the federal government’s enactment of laws from 1968 to 2022 to protect individuals and groups from violence based on race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, American/Pacific Islanders and the Emmett Till Anti Lynching Federal Act of 2022.’

Three weeks after the press article Human rights groups call for action to address domestic terrorism, Patriot Front is arrested mere blocks from the downtown locale event on charges of Idaho Law: Conspiracy to riot.

Shortly after the arrest, human rights organizations in North Idaho promoted a campaign called North Idaho Rejects Hate. Capitalizing on the fanfare over the mass arrest on June 11, 2022.

The purpose was to inform the public what hate incidences and hate crimes are and ways to report occurrences of perceived bias against any group or individual based on color or religion.

Department of Justice Traci Whelan & FBI’s Brynn Gunnerson, local agents in Coeur d’Alene stated. While there is no crime against hatred, urged the public to report incidents of hate.

Enter Kristofer Goldsmith MSNBC dis-info agent, registered Democrat and President of a newly formed organization called the Task Force Butler Institute (TFB) named after General Smedley Butler.

Records show Goldsmith owns property with Lauren Katzenberg writer for The New York Times.

Goldsmith a former Army combat Veteran served in Iraq at 19 years old. He was assigned the task of photographing corpses and documenting mass graves. He developed severe PTSD and in 2007, as the result of a suicide attempt that caused him to miss redeployment, was given a less-than-honorable discharge.

Goldsmith would go on to create companies High Ground Vets, Sparverius and then Task Force Butler in 2022.

On November 13, 2019 Goldsmith spoke before the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs and gave testimony in a report entitled Hijacking our Heroes: Exploiting Veterans through Disinformation on Social Media.

Goldsmith publicly states he believes the word patriot and anti-fascist should be synonymous. In fact the words patriot, anti-fascist, democracy and veterans appears many times in his tweets and other writings. This looks to be a case of attempting to fold in veterans to the anti-fascist movement, tongue and cheek.

And Project Blacklisted a 320 page document provided to local and federal district attorneys, states’ attorneys general, and other legal accountability practitioners that is intended to form the basis for civil and criminal legal action against the neo-nazi, terrorist, racketeering gang known as Patriot Front.

Project Blacklisted focuses on three main incidents: 

  • The July 3, 2021 racist assault of an unarmed Black man by multiple members of the Patriot Front gang while the group marched through Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
  • The June 11, 2022 arrest of 31 Patriot Front gang members on their way to harass, intimidate, and assault members of the LGBTQIA+ community during a planned Pride Month event in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

The report was initially made available on September 20, 2022 over three months after the arrest of Patriot Front. Selectively shopped to Attorney General’s and prosecutors across the nation.

Another major player is Director Mary McCord of the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection (ICAP) at Georgetown Law.

McCord & crew have proactively urged local municipalities to bring on ICAP pro-bono in an attempt to charge American Citizens for opening carrying in public due to Idaho State Law against militia’s assembling in a paramilitary fashion.

The War on the Open Primary has Arrived

This is something that urgently needs our attention right away.

There are people who want to install an open primary system in Idaho, like California and Colorado. If this is passed it will destroy our state.

Rep. Sage Dixon argued against ballot initiatives at the Lincoln Day Dinner saying that these ballot initiatives would supplant the state legislature and favor direct democracy which always leads to tyranny.

The Idaho State Journal stated the following:

“Earlier this month organizers with a new (leftist) coalition called Idahoans for Open Primaries filed a new ballot initiative with the state that is designed to replace Idaho’s closed primaries with an open primary election that all Idaho voters could participate in, regardless of party affiliation. Under the new primary format, the top four vote-getters from the primary would all advance to the general election, regardless of party affiliation.

The initiative would also transform Idaho’s general elections to include an instant runoff, or ranked choice, voting system. Under that system, Idaho voters would vote for their first-choice candidate in the general election and have the ability to rank the three remaining candidates in order of preference. If one candidate did not receive more than 50 percent of the vote in the first-choice voting, the last-place finisher would be eliminated and their votes would instead be transferred to voters’ second-choice candidate on each of those ballots, with the process continuing until one candidate receives more than 50 percent of the votes and is the winner.

Organizers of the new open primary initiative oppose the Idaho Republican Party’s closed primary election and say the new open primaries would allow more voters to participate in primary elections and force candidates to appeal to a broader base of voters in order to win election.

The Republican-controlled Idaho Legislature passed a law in 2011, House Bill 351, to close Idaho’s primary elections after the GOP sued the state. Closed primary elections are only open to registered voters who officially affiliate with the party. The law that closed primary elections also gave party leaders the choice to keep their primary elections open, and the Idaho Democratic Party opened its primary elections to all voters, regardless of party affiliation.

The Idaho Democratic Party was the only political party to hold open primaries in 2022, the most recent state elections. Both the Libertarian and Constitution parties held closed primary elections in 2022, said Chelsea Carattini, a spokesperson for the Idaho Secretary of State’s Office.”

A South Carolina representative who refused to abort her daughter at age 16 gave a passionate speech Wednesday on the state House floor about ending abortions in her state.

Surrounded by other pro-life female lawmakers, state Rep. Melissa Oremus, R-Aiken, called out the “mistruths” that women need to abort their own children to succeed.

“The voiceless that you’re talking about, be a village for those women. Don’t make them make the worst decision of their life that they are never going to forget,” Oremus said.

The pro-life lawmaker spoke after about 25 hours of debate about the state heartbeat bill, and her words left Democrats in “stunned silence,” according to a Twitter post by Greg Price of the State Freedom Caucus Network.

The House passed the pro-life bill Wednesday to protect unborn babies from abortion once their heartbeat is detectable, about six weeks of pregnancy. The vote was 82-33 with two Democrats joining Republicans in voting in favor. Pro-life advocates estimate the bill could save more than 200 unborn babies from abortion every month.

Speaking before the vote, Oremus said abortion supporters imply that women need abortions because they are not capable of having children in difficult circumstances. She said she understands very well how difficult an unplanned pregnancy can be: She was only 16 when she became pregnant and had her daughter.

Going to school and later working full-time as a young, single mother was “way hard,” and her dating life was “horrible,” Oremus said.

“But it didn’t matter,” she said. “… I saw her little face, it made me work 10 times harder.”

Oremus said her parents taught her right from wrong, and she knew it was wrong to kill her unborn child.

Fervently, she continued: “If something’s alive and it’s growing and it stops, it’s dead now. If it has a heartbeat one minute and it doesn’t no longer, it is now dead. So what do you call that? What do you call that when a 23 week baby is going through an abortion and you can see it on the screen as you’re sucking his parts out and he’s trying to get away from that instrument? What do you call that? Justification for the mother who didn’t want that baby?

“I was 16. I didn’t want a baby,” she said. But “I know that murder is murder.”

Today, Oremus said she wears the pro-life label as a badge of honor. She said she fights to protect unborn babies from abortion because she knows and South Carolinans know it is the right thing to do.

To pro-abortion lawmakers, she challenged them to consider their words carefully: “You can call it what you want. I’ve heard you call it a chemical fluttering, I’ve heard you call it a glob of tissue. I’ve heard you call it a fetus. But not one of you women who stood up here or men said, ‘My baby, my baby.'”

Through tears, Oremus thanked the pro-life women lawmakers who stood behind her on the House floor to support her call to protect the unborn.

“It really saddens me that we are not all in the same place here. … But we fight for the unborn because they don’t have a voice. They are yet to have a voice, but they are very much alive,” she said. “It is a win today for all the babies that are yet to be born. They’re going to thank you.”

The heartbeat bill now moves to the South Carolina Senate where it is expected to pass. Gov. Henry McMaster also supports the bill.

Art Thompson’s Speech on How We Must Restore Election Integrity

Arthur R. Thompson, CEO Emeritus of The John Birch Society gave a presentation on Thursday, May 11th at the CDA Resort and Convention Center on what must be done at local and state levels to eradicate voter fraud by restoring our election integrity. He made the point that most of the changes can be implemented by our state legislators.  He stated that it’s important for us to contact our state representatives and senators to implement the following 7 Steps:  1. Let voters monitor their elections 2. Restrict voting to paper 3. Abolish early voting 4. Abolish same-day registration 5. Abolish ballot harvesting 6. Abolish laws allowing universal mail-in balloting 7. Implement a Voter ID.

He also stated that, it’s Important that we demand that our U.S. Congress repeal the ‘Motor Voter Act’ and the ‘Help America Vote Act.’

The Motor Voter Act or ‘National Voter Registration Act of 1993’: “This law – unconstitutionally – requires states to automatically register voters when they apply for driver’s licenses or public assistance. This and other provisions of the law have contributed to inaccurate voter registrations. Congress must repeal this unconstitutional law.”

The Help America Vote Act: “Among the law’s other provisions, it requires states to purchase electronic voting machines. In the panic to comply with this federal law, states purchased machines with technical problems and which did not leave a paper trail, thus undermining election integrity. Even more worrisome, some of this new equipment and software originated in foreign countries. Congress must repeal the “Help America Vote Act.”

Art Thompson: “Where does it all start?  It starts with your neighbor. A lot of us say that our neighbors are dumber than a stump when it comes to politics.  Why are they and you’re not? It’s because you have alternative methods of learning that they’re not aware of.  So, we need to show these arguments as to what makes a real honest election so that nobody can question it.  A lot of people are out there with their heads down. There are millions of people out there that agree with us.  They might even be next door. We need to meet our neighbors and be friendly with them and start to educate them about what is going on. We have a moral responsibility to be involved if we know there’s a problem. Who’s that problem going to be solved by?  It’s going to be solved by me and everybody I can get to join with me. The slogan of The John Birch Society is: ‘Less Government, More Responsibility and with God’s Help a Better World.’  One of the problems we have in America today is a lack of responsibility.  People have to assume that responsibility, at least, enough of them.

“The American Revolution was performed by 3% of the American people. That’s all that were actually actively involved. Most people don’t know that most militia served with the British Army. They didn’t serve with Washington. Only 3% of the American people, again got involved in the American revolution. But 5% run the communities. 5%, if you have 3%, that’s 60% of the people that make things happen. So those are the people that you have to go after and get them mentally involved. The local businessman, the opinions holders, the people that run the Boy Scouts, the community club and on and on and on. And the people that are in office.  These are the people that you have to get to understand this issue as well as any other.  You’ve got to get ahead of the issue. Yoo can’t say, well, I’m gonna wait until the legislature convenes. You’ve got to go out and find out who’s running now for the legislature, who’s running for reelection for the legislature. And you sit down with them one on one and you show them the possibilities of fraud, even if there may not be any fraud in your area.  And say that look, if you do these particular steps and pass laws of the legislature, you won’t have dishonest elections or will be less likely to have dishonest elections. And then once you get that commitment you stay with them to reinforce them because they’re going to be under tremendous pressure to vote otherwise.”
